RANT!

Didn't think i would use this is as ranting space but i have just been to buy groceries and was horrified by the Daily Mail headline today (I know, I know its a gutter rag but i was still shocked). Their headline for today is the shocking, and to them contentious, news that men who rape wifes, partners, girlfriends should be treated the same as other 'real' rapists. Imgine that? I wanted to rip the paper of the shelves and demand that nowhere ever stocked it again. How can we live in a world where so called journalists think it is ok to make a song and dance about all the poor men who beat and rape their wives because.. erm... well... obviously if she is your wife / girlfriend you can use her a bunch bag and violate her human rights as part of an everyday relationship. No? Steve Doughty, Daily Mail 'Journalist' you are a very disturbed person... get a really job or write about something that matters...
