Being nice to myself..

I was feeling very up beat at speech therapy this week - guess taking the time to think things through is paying off. Am on a bit of high i guess becuase things are going well with being at MrD's.

My task for this month is to think positively about myself and all of my different roles and, specifically, to think of nice things to say to myself everyday - postit notes at the ready!
